"I am a senior with tingling sensation in my extremities, sometimes forcing me to scratch, as if I had poison ivy! But, there are no underlying conditions (i.e., doctor says everything's fine). After a week of using it (one pill a day), the symptoms started to go away, and a year later, I had no tingling whatsoever, with not even minor life-changes to attribute it to (other than the K2, of course)! But, now, the tingling is coming back, so, I either have to double the dosage (one in the morning, one at night) or go back to the doctor; I'll try the double-K2, first!"
