Is it ok/advisable to take these when coming off of the oral contraceptive pill to help reduce the likelihood of post pill acne? Have been on the pill for 10 years.
There are no clinical studies that would indicate one way or another if DIM will have an impact as you lesson your contraceptive pill dosage but I did find an empirical mention of DIM helping to metabolize estrogen into healthier form which promotes normal levels of progesterone, reducing symptoms of hormonal acne.
