OUR SATISFACTION GUARANTEE AND RETURN POLICY

Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal. Bronson guarantees every product that we sell. Our products are manufactured under even more stringent quality controls than required by federal and state agencies. If you are not satisfied with any of our products, you may return the unused portion within 1 year of purchase for credit, exchange or refund, less shipping.

Once your return has been received, a credit or refund will be issued promptly and an e-mail confirmation will be sent.

A Customer Care specialist will reply to your message and, if necessary, send you shipping instructions for returning the item(s).

ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Bronson Laboratories LLC reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Bronson Nutritionals  LLC reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item

 

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Bronson Nutritionals LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Bronson Nutritionals LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Bronson Nutritionals LLC shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.


REBATE COUPONS

Rebate coupon redemptions are limited to ONE PER ADDRESS only, unless otherwise noted.

  

SHIPPING

Most orders placed by 1 PM EDT Monday – Friday (excluding holidays), will arrive in 1-4 days. Free standard shipping on orders of $49+ (applies to orders shipped to USA locations only).

You can choose from a variety of shipping options. Shipping costs are based on the shipping method you choose. Check the table for our domestic shipping rates. Rates may change without notice.

 

 2-DAY OR OVERNIGHT ORDER PROCESSING

Orders with expedited shipping that are received before 3 p.m. Eastern Time Monday through Friday will be processed the same day. Orders received after 3 p.m. Eastern Time will be processed the next day. Orders received after 3 p.m. Eastern Time Friday, Saturday, or on Sunday will be processed on the following business day.

Our transportation partners do not process orders on the weekend. Therefore, if you place an order after 3 p.m. Eastern Time on Friday, you may experience a delay between your order shipped confirmation email and the actual shipment of your order.

Expedited shipping exceptions

We're sorry, but expedited shipping methods are unavailable for P.O. boxes, US Territories and APO/FPO Military addresses. We ship via standard shipping only to these locations. Packages sent to military or Territorial addresses may be delayed by standard mail handling.

Delivery times may be longer for items that require ground-only shipping. Items that require ground-only shipping cannot be delivered to APO/FPO addresses.

All orders shipped via UPS, including overnight or 2-day packages, are delivered Monday through Friday only. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may require an additional one to two days.

 

ITEMS ON ORDER

If you place an order containing both in-stock items and items that have later availability, we'll immediately process and ship the in-stock items. We'll bill your account for these items, as well as for any applicable shipping charges.

We'll send the remaining items separately when they're available, using our Standard shipping method. We'll bill your account for these items when we ship them with no additional shipping cost to you for the subsequent package.

Occasionally an item's status will change after you place your order but before we process it. In this case, we will send the item as soon as we can at no additional shipping cost to you*.

If you decide that you no longer want to buy items that have not shipped yet, you can contact our Customer Care department and cancel them.

If some of the items in your order have shipped already, your account will have been billed for those items and the associated shipping costs.

 

U.S. Territories and APO/FPO U.S. Military addresses

We directly ship to APO/FPO U.S. military addresses and U.S. Territories.

We're sorry, but expedited shipping methods are unavailable for US Territories and APO/FPO Military addresses. We ship via standard shipping only to these locations. Packages sent to military or Territorial addresses may be delayed by standard mail handling. Items that require ground-only shipping cannot be delivered to APO/FPO addresses.

Please note: due to current world events impacting the United States and other countries, our delivery partners have informed us to expect packages to take up to 8 weeks for delivery to certain APO/FPO U.S. military addresses and U.S. Territories.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International Shipping = Actual Freight

International shipping costs are dependent upon weight and destination and will be calculated during order checkout. Once you select the ship-to country and shipping method during checkout, the shipping charge will be displayed. Average shipping time for international orders is 15 business days.

Please be advised that Bronson Nutritionals is not responsible for taxes and/or duties applied to international shipments.  Any duties, tariffs, brokerage fees, or local taxes that may apply to your order are your responsibility as we cannot anticipate or estimate these extra international fees and they are not included with the international shipping costs calculated during order checkout.  It is your responsibility to research and understand these fees before placing your order and then pay them once levied in order to receive your package as we will not be liable for packages refused or held for delivery.

Please note that some ingredients or products are banned or considered illegal for import in select countries. Please check with your local authorities to ensure any products you order and are shipped are legal in the ship-to country and do not require special permits or other documents to receive.  It is your responsibility to make sure that the products and ingredients you want to order are permitted in your country before you place your order.

International shipping charges are non-refundable.

Package Processing and Shipping Origination

All Bronson orders are shipped from our own Hauppauge, New York warehouse.  We do not drop-ship products and orders, allowing Bronson to maintain complete control and quality assurance during the order fulfillment process.

 

DEFAULT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Your default shipping address is the one used on your most recent order. At Checkout, you can change your shipping address by clicking the "change" button located directly beneath the default address. This will allow you to choose another address, or enter a new address in the spaces provided.

You can change your shipping address at any time in the Shipping Addresses area of Your Account. You can add, delete, or edit any of your shipping addresses. Changes you make will not affect orders you have already placed.
