Eligibility
This Giveaway (“Campaign”) is open only to individuals who complete all required entry steps on the TikTok post, are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, and are legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, excluding Rhode Island. Employees of Bronson Vitamins, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, suppliers (“Employees”), and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. -
Agreement to Rules
By entering, you agree to be fully bound by these Official Rules and represent that you meet all eligibility requirements. Bronson Vitamins’ decisions are final and binding in all matters related to this Campaign. -
How to Enter
To enter, you must: (1) “Like” the Giveaway post on TikTok; (2) “Follow” @bronson.vitamins; (3) “Comment” your favorite supplement. Limit one (1) entry per person. Incomplete entries or attempts to enter using multiple accounts, emails, identities, or devices may result in disqualification. -
Campaign Period
The Campaign begins at 8:00 AM PST on November 24, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM PST on November 30, 2025. Entries submitted before or after the Campaign Period will not be eligible. -
Prizes
Five (5) winners will each receive a Wellness Bundle of any three (3) supplement bottles of their choice from Bronson Vitamins, up to a total value of $100 USD. No cash alternative or substitution is permitted except at Bronson Vitamins’ sole discretion. Prizes are nontransferable. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. -
Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by TikTok Direct Message (DM) within five (5) days of the drawing. Bronson Vitamins is not responsible for DMs not received due to privacy settings, spam filters, or incorrect contact information. If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or does not respond within 7 days of the notification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. -
Rights Granted by You
By entering, you grant Bronson Vitamins the right, where permitted by law, to use your entry, name, likeness, statements, and biographical information for promotional purposes related to this Campaign, in any media, without additional compensation. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bronson Vitamins against any claims related to your entry’s content or rights. -
Terms & Conditions
Bronson Vitamins reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Campaign if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond its control affects the integrity of the Campaign. Bronson Vitamins may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Rules. -
Limitation of Liability
By entering, you release Bronson Vitamins from any liability related to participation in the Campaign, acceptance or misuse of the prize, technical issues, unauthorized human intervention, and errors in administration or entry processing. -
Disputes
This Campaign is governed by U.S. law and the laws of the State of New York. All disputes must be resolved individually, without class action, exclusively in state or federal courts located in New York. You waive all rights to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages. -
