Mango Coconut Smoothie Recipe
During the hot summer days is anything more refreshing than something fresh, fruity, and cold?
This rich smoothie is loaded with nutrients like potassium and Vitamin C thanks to two flavorful fruits, mango and banana. Use this as a replacement when you're craving sugar-packed ice cream, or even as a meal replacement during breakfast.
Ingredients:
- 1 frozen banana
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup fresh chopped mango
- 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
- 1 cup cold coconut milk
- Ice cubes (optional)
Directions:
Add coconut milk and banana to a blender and mix until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and mix again.Add ice cubes and blend one more time if desired. Makes two servings.
