Vitamin E

The human body contains 13 essential vitamins. Four of these are fat soluble and are stored in the body’s fatty tissues: A, D, E, and K. The remaining nine are water soluble, which includes Vitamin C and the B-complex vitamins. When the body cannot make these vitamins on its own, they must be obtained through food and supplementation. Age, specialty diets, health concerns, and medications can impact the body’s ability to make and store vitamins. Supplements can help restore these vitamins to the necessary levels to maintain peak health.
