My husband and I really like this product. A friend of ours, in her 80's now, has been taking it for years and is convinced this product has been a tremendous help with her Lupis. Her recommendation is to gradually increase the dosage just until it causes diarrhea. Then reduce the dosage just until the diarrhea stops. That's how much you body needs.

I have been using Bronson products for years and years. Their customer service has always been excellent. I would say the best customer service I have ever had. They are always so helpful and professional. I have a really hard time swallowing pills, so the Vitamin C Crystals have been perfect for me. I just put it in water and drink it. Sometimes I even drink it before bed and I feel like it helps me get to sleep.
