With Vital 3 we find the advantage of a liquid dose taking effect immediately and not having to wait for a capsule carrier to dissolve. I took Glucosamine, Chondroitin, & MSM for years to relieve arthritis, with good results. Then I started getting more pain ... increased dosages helped a bit, but the pain kept growing. I thought the claims for Vital 3 were extravagant, but since Bronson was Linus Pauling's ("Vitamin C and the Common Cold", "Vitamin C and Cancer") favorite vitamin company, I decided it was worth a chance.
