Customized Drying Process
Juice that is allowed to dry through a novel drying process, in an oxygen-free environment without being heated, is not only a superior drying process, it is the only drying process used for all five of the grass juices in Futurebiotics Five Grasses^TM. After each grass is harvested and washed, the grass is gently juiced at 35o F utilizing an exclusive CO2 cold-temperature juicing process. The cold, raw grass juice is then pumped to the top of an oxygen-free, 100-foot tower where it is sprayed as a fine mist. The tiny droplets then fall the length of the tower through CO2, drying naturally and completely protected from heat and oxygen.

This natural, non-greenhouse growing process is crucial to a grass's nutrient density. When our young grasses are ready to harvest at the initial jointing stage of growth, they are harvested in the early morning and immediately cooled and washed in a proprietary three-stage process helping to ensure all the bioactive enzymes are protected and preserved.
