Whole, delicious heritage apples, without the seeds, are the only thing that goes into our organic apple powder.  And it includes the peel, too!  The colorful apple peel not only protects the apple, it also provides 95% of the apple’s key phytonutrients such as polyphenols and flavonoids.  In fact, weight-to-weight, the peel contains more concentrated phytonutrients than any other part of the apple.  Leaving the nutrient-rich peel completely intact and utilizing a cold-temperature process, the apples are gently dried to protect, preserve and deliver all the naturally-occurring goodness of the whole, certified organic apples.  And heritage apple varieties have been around for many years, evolving naturally - not through human manipulation.
