Total B ™ is a liquid sublingual vitamin B complex supplement with added vitamin C and aloe vera to enhance effectiveness. These water soluble vitamins and other nutrients are provided in liquid, sublingual form for better absorption and bioavailability. This supplement contains between 100% and 800% of the Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA) for the B vitamins, and 250% for vitamin B12.
