Calcium is a mineral needed by the body for healthy bones, teeth, and proper functioning of the heart, muscles, and nerves. The US recommended daily calcium intake for adults is 1000 mg, whereas pregnant and lactating women need 1300 mg/day.


Calcium CMB provides calcium in highly assimilated or soluble form.
Calcium citrate malate is a water-soluble and highly bioavailable calcium salt. When dissolved, it releases calcium ions and a calcium citrate complex. Calcium ions are absorbed directly into intestinal cells, and the citrate complex enters the body through paracellular absorption. Calcium bis-glycinate is 205 times more soluble in water than calcium citrate.

Directions: As a dietary supplement, adults and children 45 or more years of age, 1 tablet one to five times daily with a meal, or as directed by a health professional.
