Known as Boswellin or Indian frankincense, deriving from the Boswella serrata tree that grows in the dry hills of India. For centuries, traditional Indian healers have taken advantage of the anti-inflammatory properties of the tree bark's gummy resin - salai guggal.
Directions: As a dietary supplement for adults, 1 capsule three to five times daily, preferably with meals or directed by a health professional. Do not exceed recommended dose.
