    No more colds!, 09/11/2010

    I take one carrot acidophilus first thing every morning with a glass of water on an empty stomach. I have been for 15 years. I use to have 10-15 colds a year. Now I have one and sometimes not even one. My last cold was 15 months ago. They are also short lived. This has been life altering!
