    I have only taken one bottle of this so far, I can tell a difference in my skin from the softness and also the dryness in my skin. living in a dry climate my skin tends to get very dry when we have changes in seasons, especially in winter. this winter i have not had any small dry spots on my face. I believe I have Beauty Essentials to thank.
