A highly concentrated, all-natural source of soybean lecithin, with no dilutants or additives. Provides a minimum of 95% soy phosphatides, including phosphatidyl choline, phosphatidyl ethanolamine and phosphatidyl inositol. Granular lecithin has a pleasant, nutlike flavor.
