    #60 Lecithin. I prefer softgels and I take six Bronson Lecithin softgels, daily, as studies show it is benificial for heart and blood vessels. It's very inexpensiveve health insurance! I had "zero" deposits in my blood vessels in a series of tests, even with high cholestrol numbers for years, and attribute this, partly, to Bronson Lecithin and Bronson Sockeye Salmon Oil softgels, which I take regularly
